this patient admitted due to end stage renal failure. he came for peritoneal dialysis. byk sakit patient aku ni..dari kecik sampai besar...hepatitis B, Diabetes Melitus, hypertension n now end stage renal failure...most of that he got complication of diabetes like neuropathy, retinopathy and nephropathy..
sedih bile dgr die kata...lepasni matije...he's too young 44 years old..
but p.cik ni sporting habis...lama jgak kitaorg clerck die + wat physical examination. semoga allah berkati p.ck tue. the issue is....p.ck ni klaka jgk, dlm skit2 tue p.cik tue ade tanya kitaorg...
p.cik:bakpo eh bila p.cik g hospital, p.ck tgk doktor, nurse, student mesti comel2 blaka..awak sume ade pakai gapo2 ke?p.ck nk pakai jgk..
